Jensen Huang Wraps GTC Berlin by Highlighting Prefabricated Vera Rubin DSX POD Modular AI Factories and RTX Spark PCs

I was the opening act for a family of ducks. Thank you, Berlin. What a GTC. Europe is building its AI ecosystem and economy, from AI factories to agents to robots. DSX POD: Vera Rubin modular factories built, cabled and tested in the factory, then delivered ready to produce intelligence. Agents: models, harnesses, sandboxes, knowledge and tools. NVIDIA Agent Toolkit brings the pieces together so companies control what their agents know, access and do.  NVIDIA OpenShell enhances safety. Physical AI: new customers across AI-RAN, robotaxis and robotics. Personal AI: after four years building with Microsoft, RTX Spark brings personal agents to the Windows PC. Thank you to President @EmmanuelMacron, Prime Minister @andyburnham and Chancellor @bundeskanzler for hosting me. Great to celebrate Sferical One with Sweden’s technology leaders. And thank you to President @TokayevKZ for the warm welcome. And to our partners and NVIDIA teams: thank you for making it happen. The keynote is here:

Context

Why it matters

Pre assembling, cabling, and testing Vera Rubin racks inside modular DSX POD units at the factory floor compresses European sovereign and enterprise AI cluster deployments from years of on site construction into turnkey deliveries.

Throughout October 2026 Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang toured European capitals and hosted GTC Berlin to pitch sovereign AI infrastructure, enterprise agent software, and robotics platforms. European governments and industrial consortia, including Sweden's Sferical One initiative, have partnered with Nvidia to build domestic AI compute capacity.

Deep dive

In a post wrapping up GTC Berlin on October 26, Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang summarized four core pillars of Nvidia's European AI rollout spanning modular data centers, enterprise agent governance, physical AI, and personal computing. At the infrastructure layer, Huang highlighted DSX POD, a prefabricated deployment architecture in which Vera Rubin AI factory racks are assembled, cabled, and validated at the manufacturing plant before shipping ready to run.

For enterprise software, Huang emphasized the Nvidia Agent Toolkit and Nvidia OpenShell, which combine models, execution harnesses, sandboxes, knowledge retrieval, and safety controls so organizations can govern what autonomous agents access and execute. On the client side, he pointed to RTX Spark, a joint four year effort with Microsoft that brings local personal AI agents to Windows PCs.

Huang also noted expanding physical AI adoption across telecommunications radio access networks, robotaxis, and robotics, joking that he served as the opening act for Pollen Robotics' small bipedal Microducks on the Berlin stage. He thanked French President Emmanuel Macron, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, Kazakh President Kassym Jomart Tokayev, and Swedish technology leaders behind the Sferical One supercomputer for hosting Nvidia during the tour.

What to expect next

Shipping Vera Rubin clusters as factory tested DSX POD modules addresses one of the biggest bottlenecks in European AI infrastructure: shortages of specialized liquid cooling and high density fiber technicians at local construction sites. Pairing turnkey modular hardware with the Nvidia Agent Toolkit and OpenShell positions Nvidia to capture both upfront capital expenditure and recurring enterprise agent software revenue across Europe.
