Grokipedia says Grok is improving its articles day and night, and shows the edits on a live stream
All day and night, Grok is improving Grokipedia. Watch edits stream in live:

Context
Grokipedia is presenting itself as an encyclopedia kept up to date by an AI model, and its live edits page lets anyone watch what Grok changes, which makes its editing process easier to inspect than before.
Grokipedia is an AI written encyclopedia that launched in late October 2025 and is now run by SpaceXAI, according to The Verge. The Verge reported that the site appeared to stop updating earlier this year and started incorporating edits again before a v0.3 redesign on September 30. That update refreshed the homepage and the live edits page.
Deep dive
The Grokipedia account posted that Grok is improving the encyclopedia all day and night, and linked to a page where people can watch the edits stream in live. The post came with a short video of that page.
The live edits page lists recent changes by article title and time, along with the requested change or the reason behind it. When checked on October 10, it showed edits to a wide mix of entries, from artificial intelligence and the heat equation to New York City and a judo world champion. Some entries showed the reasoning for an edit, such as a note that a passage about narrow AI was unclear, while others showed only a section name or a raw formatting error.
According to Crypto Briefing, readers cannot edit pages directly. They submit suggestions, and Grok reviews them on its own and decides which ones are approved. The outlet reported that Grokipedia had more than 6 million articles and more than 1.1 million approved edits in early October, and that updates had stalled around April before resuming with version 0.3.
The Verge reported that the v0.3 update made it easier to see more recent changes at once on the live edits page. It noted that a Lawfare report in August said no entry appeared to have changed in more than three months.
What to expect next
Watch whether the edit stream stays steady after the stall earlier this year, since Grokipedia's pitch now rests on constant updates.
Also watch how much of Grok's editing can be checked. The live page shows what changed, but outside reviews of accuracy, sourcing and how suggestions are approved or rejected would show how reliable an encyclopedia run by an AI model can be compared with Wikipedia's human editors.
