Nvidia and TCV Join Higgsfield AI Series B Extension as Startup Reports $1 Billion Annualized Revenue and 40 Million Users
Jensen Huang: “… the founders of Higgsfield are visionary in the work that they do … but these are some of the brightest people in the world.” We're grateful to Jensen and the teams at NVIDIA and TCV for believing in us. Both companies have joined Higgsfield as investors in our Series B extension. Since our August Series B: • We’ve crossed $1 billion in annualized revenue. • Enterprise contracts are up 71%, growing 100%+ month-over-month • We’ve grown from 30 million to over 40 million users globally. TCV has backed Netflix, Facebook, ByteDance and Spotify, companies that changed how people create and consume media. NVIDIA has powered every generation of Higgsfield, from L40 and A40 GPUs through Hopper and Blackwell, with Vera Rubin next to meet growing demand. Context
Reaching a reported $1 billion annualized revenue run rate within 18 months of launch with backing from Nvidia and TCV positions generative video as one of the fastest monetizing application layers in AI.
San Francisco and Astana based AI video startup Higgsfield AI was cofounded by CEO Alex Mashrabov, who previously led Snap's generative AI efforts after Snap acquired his computer vision startup AI Factory in 2019, alongside AI engineer Yerzat Dulat and Mahi De Silva. In August 2026, DST Global led Higgsfield's $400 million Series B at a $5.4 billion valuation with participation from Goldman Sachs Alternatives, Tribe Capital, and Valor Capital. The October Series B extension adds strategic investments from Nvidia and growth equity firm TCV for an undisclosed sum.
Deep dive
Higgsfield AI announced that Nvidia and technology growth equity firm TCV have joined its Series B extension, building on the August 2026 Series B led by DST Global. While the company did not disclose the dollar amount or updated valuation of the extension, Higgsfield stated that it crossed a $1 billion annualized revenue run rate in September 2026, just 18 months after launching its generative video platform. According to figures reported by Higgsfield, global user accounts rose from 30 million in August to more than 40 million across 238 countries and territories, with the United States as its largest single market and Europe as its largest region by usage.
Higgsfield also reported that enterprise contract volume grew 71 percent since August, with business revenue growing more than 100 percent month over month and contracted business revenue up tenfold since June 2026. According to the company, users generate 150 million video and visual assets consuming 12 trillion tokens each month, producing up to 100 localized ad variants per commercial campaign concept. Higgsfield cited industry benchmarks estimating that generative video yields $30 to $150 per million equivalent tokens, compared with $0.15 to $0.60 for text generation.
On the infrastructure side, Higgsfield stated that it uses Nvidia Dynamo to orchestrate custom inference workloads across its GPU fleet, having scaled across Nvidia L40, A40, Hopper, and Blackwell systems with plans to adopt Nvidia Vera Rubin hardware next. The announcement coincided with Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang's visit to Kazakhstan for the country's national AI Month.
What to expect next
Higgsfield says it will use the new capital to expand its global GPU infrastructure, accelerate product development, and grow enterprise go to market teams across North America, Europe, and Asia. Investors and enterprise buyers will watch whether Higgsfield's self reported $1 billion annualized revenue run rate translates into durable multi year enterprise contracts as competition intensifies among commercial AI video platforms from Runway, OpenAI, Luma, and Kling.
