Polsia founder Ben Cera says the AI company is about to hit a $25 million run rate and teases Polsia v2
Polsia is about to hit $25M run rate. Next stop: $100M ARR. And things keep accelerating: $0 → $1M in 12 weeks $1M → $10M in 10 weeks $10M → $20M in 6 weeks I just published one of my favorite and most successful aisloP episodes yet: “The Run Rate.” I tell the whole story, from idea to $20M, month by month. The episode ends in Tokyo, where I went a few weeks ago. Probably the best place on Earth to take a deep breath, get inspired, and rethink what’s possible. I came back with an even bolder vision for Polsia. The road from $25M to $100M is going to look very different. Polsia v2 is coming soon.

Context
Polsia is a test of whether a business run largely by AI agents with very few staff can grow fast, but its revenue figures are the founder's own.
This is a promotional post from Polsia's founder for his own video series, and the revenue figures are self reported and unaudited. Polsia sells AI that it says runs a company while its owner sleeps.
Deep dive
On October 19, Ben Cera posted that Polsia is about to hit a $25 million run rate, with $100 million in annual recurring revenue as the next stop. He said growth keeps accelerating: from zero to $1 million in 12 weeks, $1 million to $10 million in 10 weeks, and $10 million to $20 million in 6 weeks.
He said he had just published an episode of his video series, aisloP, called The Run Rate, telling the story month by month from idea to $20 million, and ending in Tokyo, where he went a few weeks ago and came back with an even bolder vision. He said the road from $25 million to $100 million will look very different and that Polsia v2 is coming soon, without saying what it will include.
The frames of the video show Cera at work in offices with on screen dates and run rate figures that rise over the year, and a final shot of a Tokyo street at night.
GTMnow's podcast episode title says Polsia raised $30 million at a $250 million valuation with zero employees. Tycoon, a site that profiles one person companies, wrote earlier that Polsia's public dashboard showed annual recurring revenue slipping in June after passing $10 million, which shows the figures can move in both directions.
What to expect next
Watch for any independent confirmation of Polsia's revenue, such as audited figures or investor statements, since the growth numbers come only from Cera. Also watch what Polsia v2 actually ships and whether customers who let it run their businesses keep paying, which matters more than a run rate snapshot. If the $25 million figure holds, it will be cited as evidence that very small teams using AI agents can build large businesses.
